The Weekly Rewind: May 19th

Hey Guys!

This week was a busier than last week. It was my week to work the weekend so that slows down my reading and blogging significantly since I do the bulk of both on Saturday and Sunday. I’ve also spent most of my time this week getting everything in place so I can go to Memphis without stressing out about back home. I also bought a new vehicle! I don’t drive much but since I live at home and we need a big vehicle for our family size I bought a new Buick. Also with my sister and grandma needing to travel outside our area having a reliable vehicle under warranty is a huge deal so I traded in my Traverse and it was a bittersweet moment it was my first investment but I’m really happy with the new vehicle and it’s been really nice not worrying about car problems.

On to the books

I read

It was a much slower week for me but I enjoyed the variety this week. I’m really enjoying the Mindfuck series and I can’t wait to continue with the series!

Currently Reading

Of course, I’m reading the 3rd book in the Mindfuck series it’s reading a little slower than the first books but I’m still enjoying it! Someone was raving about the Triad Found in one of my groups and I was really intrigued so I picked it up as well.

Added to the TBR

I actually talked about a whole bunch of freebies I’ve “bought” this week over here! Check it out!

Weekly Goals

  • Post 101 things in 1001 days post
  • schedule posts for the week so I don’t have to worry about anything in Memphis
  • Blog hop during breaks
  • write drafts for all my tags I was tagged in

How was your week? Any goals for the new week?

  1. Congratulations on your new vehicle! It’s definitely nice not having any car problems appearing – hope they won’t appear for a few more years at least! (Ideally, I’d prefer it never appearing, but alas, universe is cruel) I hope this week settles down for you and you’ll get the chance to get some reading and blogging done.
