January 2020 Reading Wrap-up

Annotation 2019-10-06 020732

January was an interesting month! For the first time in years, I lowered my reading goal instead of increased it and tried to focus on other things besides reading. Even though I spent a lot more time not reading I still managed to read a lot more than I planned. I also mood read for the month and for February I think I am going to have a more structured month. So hopefully that will help with blog posts and reading challenges. I also committed myself to post on Instagram every day for a month so keep an eye out for that.

This month I did weekly updates on Wednesday in which I spoke about each book that I read in the month so I really don’t have anything to add besides ratings.

Overall it was a really good month with solid reads. I didn’t have any absolutely amazing books but I didn’t have any horrible books this month.  I also read 2,345 pages which isn’t bad but I really want to increase that page count by reading bigger books so hopefully, that happens in February.

I had a good month in posting even though I wasn’t as consistent as I would have liked. I spent a lot of time blog hopping and had one of the best months in views than I’ve had in a really long time.

How was your reading month? What was your favorite book of the month?
